How many guests can join a birthday celebration? Our escape rooms are designed for 2-6 players per room. If your party is larger, we can divide the group across multiple rooms so everyone can play at the same time.
What age groups can participate? Our games are suitable for ages 7 and up, with family-friendly and kid-approved themes available. Children aged 7-11 must be accompanied by an adult. Let us know the birthday guest's age, and we'll suggest the best room.
Can we bring cake or snacks? You're welcome to bring a birthday cake. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, as we offer our own snack meal packages. Traditional or cultural sweets and cookies are allowed.
Are decorations or party areas available? While we don't have private party rooms, we can arrange a birthday-themed setup in our reception area for your group before or after the game. You're also welcome to celebrate on our outdoor terrace. Advance booking is mandatory to secure your setup.
Do you offer birthday gift bags? Yes! Party gift bags start from AED 30 per guest and include fun, themed surprises. Options can be customized depending on your chosen birthday package.
When should we arrive? Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled game time to allow for check-in, briefing, and preparation.
Do we need to pay a deposit? Yes, a deposit is required to secure your birthday booking. The remaining balance can be settled on the day of the event.
