About the experience

What is an escape room? An escape room, also known as an escape game, puzzle room or exit game, is a game in which a team of players discover clues, solve puzzles, and accomplish tasks in one or more rooms to accomplish a specific goal in a limited amount of time. They will have to race against the clock and decipher clues to find their way out of the escape room.
What is the point of an escape room? In essence, escape rooms are immersive experiences that encourage teamwork, solving puzzles and finding clues to complete an objective. They are educational, cognitive, and learning experiences; escape rooms provide a gaming experience like no other. The perfect option for Team buildings, School Activities, Birthday Parties, Bachelor and Wedding Proposals.
Is there an age limit? From what age can we participate?

Our Escape Rooms are suitable for all ages, but with a recommended minimum age of 12 years old for maximum engagement and understanding as they can play without an adult.  

For children under 12 years old (7-11yo) being accompanied by a paying adult while playing is mandatory.
I never played before. Can I get some help? Our Game Masters will explain to you all the details before your game starts. That means every time you need help you can refer to them. You can get help every 10 minutes.
How many people can play?

Our games are designed to be played by groups of 2-10 people depending on the themed rooms (10 people are for 120mins escape rooms).

Unfortunately, any more would mean the rooms become too cramped. However, if you're part of a bigger group, you can book multiple rooms so your teams can compete against each other!
How long do escape rooms last? Our escape rooms last 60-minutes, 80-minutes or 120-minutes depending on the escape room theme that you will choose. You should arrive 10-15 minutes before your start time to complete the waiver and proceed with your payment.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 24 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? Book the exclusive services that fit your group's needs here.

I booked 4 people. Can I add another one to my booking? If there's enough space in your game and you'd like to add an additional player to your team, please do so (maximum of 6 players for 60mins & 80mins escape rooms and maximum 10 players for 120mins escape rooms). You don't need to inform us in advance, however, make sure you will join all of you at the same time so you can have a smooth start of the game. The payment for the extra players can be completed online or in our facilities.

About access to the event

Can I bring my family along? This is a great family, friends activity. They are educational, cognitive, and learning  experiences; escape rooms provide a gaming experience like no other.
What happens if I'm running late? If you're running late then please phone us as soon as possible and we can still try to  fit you in. However, due to the nature of the game, if you arrive more than 20  minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate your booking.
What is the best outfit for the game? It is required to wear comfortable clothes and shoes, that allows freedom in  movement during your activity.
Is parking available? There is free parking available in our building however please contact our reception  before so we can inform the security or in free street parking behind our building.
Do we need to speak English? Due to the nature of escape rooms, having at least one team member with good  English is highly recommended. However, we also have Arabic speakers Game  Masters, or we can translate the hints/help in your language.
Is the escape room wheelchair accessible? Some of our rooms are wheelchair accessible, including entrances and  pathways. However, certain rooms may have space limitations or physical  obstacles. Please check with our staff before booking.
Are people with visual impairments able to play? Yes. Many puzzles rely on logic, teamwork, sound, or tactile elements. Players  with visual impairments are welcome to participate with assistance from  teammates. Let us know in advance so we can offer appropriate guidance.
Are people with hearing impairments able to play? Yes. Most puzzles do not rely solely on sound. If audio clues are present, we  can provide written or visual alternatives when possible. Please inform us  ahead of time.
